Asphodel is a restaurant that supports Korean Comfort Women who were deeply affected by the war. Its profits will benefit remaining 28 women who survived.


In Greek mythology, asphodel is a flower it never dies. Using name of a flower symbolizes for female, and butterfly logo suggests the idea of rebirth and freedom. The concept of serving edible flower food will remind people about their sacrifices when they were young like a flower.
